Read & Write is a software toolbar that can help create and access content on any computer.  This can be very beneficial to anyone (students, faculty or staff) who desires to have text from their computer read aloud to them. 

Please follow the directions below to download Read & Write.

  1. Visit https://www.texthelp.com/en-us/products/read-write/read-write-for-education/
  2. Click the “Try Read & Write today” button
  3. Log in using your Fredonia email address and you will have the most up to date version of the program to use 

It is recommended that you practice with Read & Write before it is needed, so that you are comfortable with the options of the program.
