There are no advisories at this time.
For all on-campus emergencies (police, fire, medical) contact University Police instead of 911!
- Call 716-673-3333 on a cell phone
- Extension 3333 or press the "Police/Fire/EMS" speed-dial button on campus telephones
- Use a Blue Light Emergency Phone or The RAVE Guardian smartphone application.
Calling University Police for on-campus emergencies provides a faster response time than calling 911!

We will submit severe weather (i.e. class cancellation) announcements to TV stations in Buffalo and Erie, PA., and radio stations in Buffalo, Dunkirk, and Jamestown.
All students, faculty, and staff will receive emergency emails through their @fredonia.edu email addresses
Emergency information will be displayed on digital signage across campus.
