The relatively little known role that Africans played in World War I will be explored by Indiana University professor Dr. Michelle Moyd in a talk, “Radical Potentials, Conservative Realities: African Veterans’ Politics after World War I,” on Monday, March 25, at 6 p.m.

Dahlgren, associate professor and chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, welcomed publication of "Ivory Tower Misfits: The Images of College Professors in Hollywood Films,” a chapter he wrote in the newly published volume "Cinema U: Representations of Higher Education in Popular Film," by Fourth Horseman Press.

The campus and community are invited to participate with the Department of Mathematical Sciences on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m. in McEwen Hall Room 209 in celebrating Pi Day. The event is being held a week early due to the spring break. The year’s theme is “CSPi.”
