Dr. Birger Vanwesenbeeck

Department of English Professor Birger Vanwesenbeeck has been appointed to the international editorial board of the Electronic Book Review (EBR), where he will join a team of literature scholars based in Norway and the United States.

Dr. Vanwesenbeeck, who already served as the editor for EBR's "Fictions Present" thread of the journal, will now assume an even larger role. Among the new responsibilities are the managing of peer reviews for submitted essays to the journal; the soliciting of book reviews; and extending EBR's network of potential collaborators to the journal.

Vanwesenbeeck's term as an editorial board member will run until the end of 2023.
