Throughout his career in public service, he has worked in partnership with community stakeholders, elected officials, and private partners.”

“I’m overjoyed to join the team at SUNY Fredonia as their next Vice President of Finance and Administration,” said Mr. Kelly. “As a Fredonia alum, it is a dream come true returning to campus to be a part of this special institution of higher learning. I’m really looking forward to not only connecting with the university and the Division of Finance and Administration, but also reconnecting with the Fredonia community!”

Mr. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education (Concentration: Mathematics) from the State University of New York at Fredonia, a Master of Public Administration degree  (Concentration: Leadership, Financial and Organizational Development) from the University of Akron, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University at Buffalo.
