The very popular Food Truck Thursday will return to campus on Thursday, April 25, with serving set from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Dods Hall Grove.

The six food trucks, all based in Western New York, and what they’re known for are: Lloyd Taco Truck (amazing tacos), Macarollin (unique mac and cheese), Anderson’s (ice cream), The Great Foodini (variety), Thai Me Up (Thai menu) and Pizza Amore (wood-fired pizza).

Vendors will accept cash and credit cards.

The Office of Internal Education sponsors a Food Truck Thursday each spring semester. A portion of the proceeds from sales will help support study abroad scholarships.
