Gerber co-curates colloquy on Stanford University's Arcade project
Department of English Professor Natalie Gerber co-curated, with Eric Weiskott, an associate professor of English at Boston College, an online colloquy, “Prosody: Alternative Histories,” for Arcade, a digital salon at the Department of English at Stanford University.
The colloquy features different submissions from emerging to internationally known scholars and poets in the United States, England and Israel.
The submissions, which span medieval verse to global hip-hop, also include multimedia works that utilize cutting-edge digital tools for the analysis of verse prosody.
Arcade publishes an array of blogs, journals that seek to redefine its genre, video casts and podcasts and other features for scholars, students and the public. It can be accessed online.
