There’ll be a dramatic surge in on-campus dining options with the return of Food Truck Thursday, with four vendors setting up in the Jewett Hall parking lot on Thursday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Among the food purveyors will be Moneybags Dumplings from Buffalo, known for Singapore fried dumplings; Cherry Bomb BBQ from Jamestown, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken wings and burgers, and  assorted sides and small plates; Cheesy Chick of Williamsville, assorted sandwiches and several flavors of mac-n-cheese; and Happy Camper Snack Shack from Erie, Pa., hot dogs, ox roast, subs and soft drinks.

“FSA is very excited to bring back Food Truck Thursday to campus this spring,” said FSA Special Programs Manager Katie Thies, “and we hope students, faculty, staff and local community members take advantage of the variety of menus the food trucks offer.”

Vendors will accept payment in cash or credit card.

Picnic tables will be set up by Facility Services staff.
