Empathy's role in hiring the topic of upcoming presentation

“Empathy: The Showplace of Resumes,” a virtual talk that focuses on how empathy can be one of the more sought-after traits when it comes to employers searching for new hires, will be presented by Dr. Irina Filonova on Wednesday, April 28, at 6 p.m.

In her Zoom presentation, Dr. Filonova will translate the value of empathy across multiple disciplines and cross-cultural communication. Filonova is a postdoctoral development specialist and career coach at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology in Japan.
