“Being involved in Residence Life always made me feel like I was a part of a caring community.” - Paige Baumgartner

When asked about her favorite thing(s) about SUNY Fredonia, Paige said “Being involved in Residence Life always made me feel like I was a part of a caring community. Before I was hired as an RA I was involved in Hall Council and through that I was able to connect with others that shared the same interests as I did. Through being an RA I have grown to be more involved, caring, and overall a better version of myself. My favorite part of being an RA is being there to help my residents through the ups and downs of college life. I also feel that the professors I’ve had throughout my time at SUNY Fredonia have given me so much valuable knowledge, guidance, and experience. They help me feel truly engaged and dedicated to my education and future career.”

Asked about her future goals, Paige noted, “I am set to graduate this upcoming May with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing. After graduation, my current goals are to take the summer to travel and work on getting specialized marketing certifications. I then aspire to work full-time in a marketing position and be passionate about my work.”
