Tracker allows people to easily request assistance for all IT-related services. Tracker also provides the ability to check the status of all requests at Tracker.
ITS Service Center
The ITS Service Center can be contacted in a number of ways. One way is through email, ITS Service Center Email. Another is the website, Tracker, or by phone. You can also visit the ITS Service Center Office. You may request equipment for academic use through the Equipment Checkout system. The office is located at W203 Thompson, on the 2nd Floor. Computer Labs
See Computer Labs for hours open during academic semesters. Labs are closed during holidays and breaks. ITS Service Center Computer Lab is open during Summer.
Smart Classrooms
You will need to reserve a classroom in order to use during unscheduled hours. See each Smart Classroom schedule for open hours during academic semesters.
