As former Fredonia State graduate, I was inspired to teach and give back to this campus. I hold four current teaching positions: Fredonia State, JCC, Upward Bound, EDP.

Teaching Interests

My interests in teaching have been guided by brain study and memory / retrieval research. This knowledge helps me provide content and create an atmosphere for learning that attempts to engage all students at a variety of skill levels. As writing is a process, once the foundation for classroom content is established, my students, Craft of Writing and EDP, practice, polish and present to prepare stusdents for the many types of communication that college and the professional world demands.
