Save the Date! CEU Conference: September 30, 2022 - Reading Instruction: Aligning with the Evidence to Maximize Outcomes, is now slated for Friday, September 30, 2022. We look forward to hosting this in-person event.
Jacquelyn Sambucci, first-year graduate student, was recently awarded a scholarship to attend the Closing the Gap (assistive Technology) virtual conference in October.
Taylor Roggenbaum Awarded the 2021 NYSSLHA Graduate Scholarship. Our May 2021 M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology graduate, was confirmed as the 2021 awardee of the Graduate NYSSLHA scholarship. Applicants submitted an essay, and the award criteria included a student’s research involvement, academic performance, clinical performance, pre-professional involvement/leadership, and community involvement. This marks the third consecutive year that a Fredonia M.S. student has earned this distinction (Rachel Burt - 2020; Allesandra Peters-2019).
Youngerman Center is Open
Audiology and Speech Services at the Youngerman Center are open to the campus & community effective August 31, 2020. Telepractice speech services are also an option. Members of the community are asked to call for an appointment at (716) 673-3203. The YC Stroke/Head Injury Support Group is currently not meeting.
