Licensing
In New York State, childcare centers serving three or more children and operating three or more hours a day on a regular basis must show that the day care program meets requirements that the state has established to help ensure the health and safety of children in care. CCCC is licensed as a childcare facility through NYS Office of Children and Family Services. Licenses come up for renewal every 2 or 4 years.
