USC's modern and environmentally sensitive campus is located approximately 90km from Brisbane, and only a short drive from the Sunshine Coast's major centers and some of Australia's best beaches and national parks. The campus has won a host of awards for its architecture and is a designated wildlife reserve, home to Eastern Grey kangaroos.

Housing: Students live a short walk from campus in UniCentral, a student townhome community which hosts social programs and has pools and recreation facilities. Students share kitchen and living quarters but have their own bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. UniCentral costs are determined on a weekly rate and students pay a refundable deposit for two weeks of accommodation to secure their reservation.
Students can arrange an airport transfer with UniCentral.

- Students attend an international student orientation one week prior to the start of classes, noted on the academic calendar.
Eligible Participants: Students must have completed at least one full year at their home campus and be in good academic standing.
