Feeling anxious? Call (716) 673-3424
Academic success can be hampered by emotional feelings during times like these. Don't hesitate to call the Counseling Center to make an appointment if you're feeling disturbed, panicky, fearful, or simply have a need to talk to someone.
Mental Health Screening Assessments
The following links provide brief self-assessments for several complaints common to college students. They are not designed to replace face-to-face counseling services, but may assist an individual to determine whether or not they should seek out such services.
Don't take any sign of illness for granted. The LoGrasso Student Health Center should be your first stop. The staff provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, as well as preventive health services and health education. Emergency illnesses or severe symptoms should be reported directly to University Police, 673-3456.
