SUNY Fredonia has partnered with BetterMynd, an online therapy platform, to offer students access to free teletherapy sessions from a diverse network of licensed mental health counselors.

In addition to in-person/Zoom services at the Counseling Center in LoGrasso Hall, BetterMynd will be able to offer students additional options for mental health services.

BetterMynd logoBetterMynd's 50-minute live video sessions are private and confidential and can take place from the convenience of a laptop, smartphone or tablet. Teletherapy sessions are available during the day, at night and on weekends, so students can get support whenever it's best for them.

In addition to teletherapy sessions, BetterMynd also offers group workshops and an educational skill workshop, all for free.

To register and get started, sign-up online. If you have any questions about these services, please contact Care Coordinator Julie Bezek of the Counseling Center via email or call 716-673-3424.
