Educator to present program on missing history in curriculum

The program, “Curricular Violence: Addressing the Misrepresentation and Exclusion of Black History in School Curricula,” will be presented by W. Charles Brandy, director of Social Studies for the Buffalo Public Schools, on Wednesday, Feb. 28.

The event, open to members of the campus and local communities, is slated for 6 p.m. in Williams Center Room S204DE.

The event is sponsored by the Intercultural Center and Faculty Student Association.
