School of Music Distinguished Professor Karolyn Stonefelt will be formally recognized in the international percussion community as recipient of the 2016 Percussive Arts Society Lifetime Achievement in Education Award. Read More on the Campus News Page.

The School of Music at the State University of New York at Fredonia is proud to announce that Paula Holcomb and the Fredonia Wind Ensemble have received the Sorel Medallion in Recording for the 2016-2017 year.

Fredonia sophomore Jeff Kringer, a Bachelor of Fine arts Musical Theatre major from Skaneateles, placed second in The National Society of Arts and Letters’ (NASL) Musical Theater competition held May 19 to 22 in Phoenix, Ariz. Read More on the Campus News Page.

Rob Deemer has been awarded an American Council on Education Fellowship for the 2016-2017 year. He will spend this year working with the administrators at Baldwin-Wallace.
