Dr. Gerald T. Gray

In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the death of our dear colleague and friend, Dr. Gerald T. Gray, Professor of Music and Coordinator of Choral Activities, on October 15, 2017.

Gerald joined the Fredonia faculty in 2002.  Known for his precise musicianship, grand musical collaborations and productions, careful guidance of his students, sense of humor, and appreciation for the finest things in life, Gerald will be deeply missed.  There will be a memorial concert celebrating his life and work on Sunday, November 26 at 8pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, 11 Day Street in Fredonia, NY. Seating is extremely limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Alumni are invited to sing the final piece of the program. For more information, please contact Eric Perry, ericperrymusic@gmail.com.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, please honor Gerald’s life by contributing to the Dr. Gerald Gray Choral Scholarship Fund in honor of his work at Fredonia.
