TEACH Exit Information

It is vital that you complete TEACH Grant Exit Counseling online and also contact the Department of Education (DOE) within 120 days of ceasing enrollment in the program for which you received the TEACH Grant.  You need to inform the DOE of your future plans, even if you will be attending graduate school.

Failure to do so will result in your grant being turned into an unsubsidized Stafford loan.

You can contact Direct Loan Servicing Center at 1-800-699-2908.

You must annually submit documentation to the DOE in regards to your future plans.  Click here to access the Annual Certification or the Suspension Form.
