Audio / Radio Production

The art of listening forms the basis of the Audio/Radio Production curriculum.  The program focuses on the development of conceptual, aesthetic, and technical skills in audio production for radio and other media.  The goal is to develop critical listeners who can understand sound, as well as use audio principles and techniques in a variety of applications, including recording, writing for the ear, announcing, interviewing, sound design for television and theatre, Internet applications, and radio production and programming.
