Come see Fredonia for yourself.
Available dates and times are online. Our weekday information sessions provide a 45-minute group meeting with an Admissions Counselor followed by a student-guided 90-minute walking tour of campus. Anyone interested in meeting with a specific department while on campus must contact that department well in advance.
Please call us at 800-252-1212 to schedule a visit during the winter break.
CALL TO SCHEDULE
Because all transfer visits are unique, transfer students should call (716) 673-3251. We welcome transfer students to campus Monday through Friday at various times. Transfer counselors are available to discuss your transfer credit and help you formulate a plan for completing your degree.
Fredonia Exploration Day Open House visits are designed to spark academic excitement, become familiar with the campus, and learn about all of the unique opportunities that are offered to our students. The day begins with a welcome from campus administrators and a student speaker. Students will participate in mini-classes to introduce them to classes across the liberal arts spectrum. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with specific academic areas and various student services at the mingle portion of the day, as well as embark on a campus tour if desired. Programs begin promptly at 11 a.m. and run through 3 p.m. Registration begins at 10 a.m.
Our Saturday Visits consist of a welcome, a group information session with an admissions counselor, and a 90-minute walking tour of campus. Please select the date below to register.
Group Visits & Tours
If you are planning to bring a group of students to campus, we can arrange a special visit for your students. Check out our group visits page to learn more.
Campus Host Program
The Campus Host Program begins in January 2018, and is only for students who have applied and have been academically accepted at Fredonia. A campus host visit is typically a 24-hour shadowing experience and includes opportunities to attend classes, stay in one of the residence halls, eat in the dining halls and get a feel for what it is like to be a Fredonia student. Visiting students are paired with a Fredonia student within their academic area to be their host for the duration of their visit.
