EEO Requirements

Pursuant to NYS Executive Law Article 15-A, a contractor and/or subcontractor(s) must make a conscientious and active effort to afford employment opportunities to minority group members and women without discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or marital status.

SUNY maintains a total workforce participation goal of 20% - 10% Minority Workforce Participation and 10% Female Workforce Participation.

The following links are provided to satisfy the Work Force Diversity requirements to report the actual workforce utilized in the performance of a contract. This requirement applies to services, construction, construction consultants and discretionary purchases. All primes and subs are required to report if the total value of the contract is at or above $25,000 for services (all kinds) or at or above $100,000 for construction.

Exclusions from this requirement include contracts funded through grants and federal money and/or preferred and sole source procurements.
